Huerkamp Home Group is a real estate team with Keller Williams Preferred Realty at 14300 Nicollet Ct, Ste 208, Burnsville, MN 55306. This policy explains what we collect on this website and what we do with it. Home listings on this site come from NorthstarMLS through our listing data provider, Repliers; listing photos load from Repliers’ servers.

What we collect

What you send us on a form: name, email, phone number, and anything you write or choose (for example the home you asked about, your timeline or price range), with the page you sent it from.
Your call/text choice: whether you checked the consent box, the exact wording you agreed to, the time, the page, and your IP address and browser, so we can prove what you agreed to and honor it.
Basic visit information: pages viewed and how you arrived, through analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics and Google Ads) that use cookies. You can turn analytics off on our Manage cookies page. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.
Which agent you're working with: if you open one of our agents' pages, your browser remembers that agent for 30 days so your inquiry goes to them. You can clear it with the × on the agent bar.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry and help you buy or sell a home: by email, by a personal phone call, and, only if you checked the consent box, by calls and texts that may be sent with automated technology or an artificial or prerecorded voice.
To send listings, market updates and follow-ups you asked for or that relate to your inquiry. You can unsubscribe from any email.
To understand which pages and ads are useful, and to keep the site secure and free of spam.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run our business for us: Follow Up Boss (our client database), Ylopo (online ads and lead follow-up; Ylopo’s privacy policy), Repliers (MLS listing data and photos), Fello (home-value tools for sellers), Netlify (website hosting) and Google (analytics and advertising). They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
Our brokerage and agents: Keller Williams Preferred Realty and the Huerkamp Home Group agent helping you.
When required by law, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Calls and texts

We call or text using automated technology, or an artificial or prerecorded voice, only if you checked the consent box, and you can take that consent back at any time: reply STOP to a text, tell an agent, email leads@hhgus.com, call (612) 843-9620, or any other reasonable way. We honor it as soon as possible and within 10 business days. Details are in our SMS terms.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and client records while we're working with you and afterward as our brokerage and the law require. We keep records of call/text consent and opt-outs for at least five years.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it (unless the law requires us to keep it), or ask us to stop contacting you. Email leads@hhgus.com or call (612) 843-9620. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser.

Children

This website is for adults and isn't meant for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. The consent wording you agreed to stays on record with your inquiry.
