He was always super busy, but he always answered my messages in less than 48 hours, usually less than 24. Leah was a great help in leading additional tours and the final walkthrough. Nicole at the office was prompt and handled my documents and deposits correctly and courteously. They also gave a great recommendation for my closing company.
