I'm probably not a realtor’s dream client as I have very high expectations when partnering with an individual or company to do something as major as selling a home. Vansh and his team met, and exceeded, my expectations. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and personable, and he guided me through the process seamlessly. It was an older home, and I decided that it needed some repairs and updates before putting it on the market. I chose to do a lot of the work myself. There were some things that I couldn't do, and Vansh hooked me up with contractors that showed up, did the work fast and well, and charged a fair price. He also saved me time and money by helping me stay focused on what improvements would be important to buyers. When it came time to list the home, I decided to roll the dice and list it in December. The worst month of the year to try to sell a house due to weather and the holidays. There were more showings than I had expected and I had a signed Purchase Agreement 10 days after the first showing!
